Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from the TWICE Official Store. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original condition, including all tags and accessories, and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box.
Ship the Items
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our centralized distribution center.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
